Hi, I'm Leslie Kaelin, the founder of Lash Better. I've been a licensed cosmetologist in Arkansas for 22 years and a lash artist for 10. I'm certified through NovaLash and Lash Apothecary, and I own Shine by Leslie, my lash and skin studio in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Why I started Lash Better

For years I bought premium lashes and UV glue for my own clients, and I paid a lot for them. I wanted the same quality without the middleman, so I spent three years finding and testing suppliers. Lash Better is the result: the lashes, UV adhesive and tools I use on my own clients, every week, at my own lash bed.

Why UV

My services are built around UV-cured lash adhesive. The glue sets when the light hits it, so I work at my own pace instead of racing the glue. It's the system I teach, and it's why we carry the Lash Better UV Light System.
